As a woman in leadership,
Bron Williams has:
- led a school
- run a Salvation Army church and welfare centre
- worked with asylum seekers on Nauru
Over the past 16 years,
she has:
- shattered family and cultural expectations around what a woman should do,
- challenged societal norms around what ageing looks like, and
- reformed and reshaped her career not once but twice.
She has discovered that it takes courage to:
- let go of long-held beliefs that hold us back.
- lead from behind when leadership is not recognised.
- set up and run businesses in new ways.
